Shipping policy
Where We Ship From
Our clubs are located across Japan. Depending on where the item is, it is either handed directly to FedEx, or first moved within Japan to our FedEx hub before international dispatch.
Carrier
FedEx International. Every shipment is fully tracked from Japan to your door.
Processing Time
Dispatch times vary by item and are shown on each product page:
- Same-day stock: within 1 business day
- Standard: within 6 business days
- Item located in a remote area of Japan: within 10 business days
You can cancel within 10 minutes of placing your order. After that, orders cannot be cancelled. See our Returns policy.
Delivery Time
Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
For actual delivery times by country, please see our delivery record.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the price. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
When you buy more than one club, the items ship together and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
(Iron sets get the multi-item discount only when bought together with a wedge: $25 off each wedge.)
Duties and Taxes
Import duties and the carrier's customs fee are collected here at checkout, and we ship with duties prepaid.
Nothing to pay on delivery. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
Please note: fees for changes you arrange directly with the carrier - for example redirecting the delivery, or a re-delivery - are charged to you.
Signature Required
All shipments require a signature from someone at the delivery address.
If nobody is available, FedEx will attempt delivery again. You can reschedule or redirect your delivery using FedEx Delivery Manager.
Please note: refused deliveries are returned to Japan and are not eligible for a refund. See our Returns policy.
Where We Ship
United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us - we are adding destinations as we go.
Remote area surcharge
FedEx charges extra for addresses outside its standard delivery network. This affects a small number of postcodes in Australia, Canada, the Philippines and South Korea.
If your address is one of them, we will invoice the surcharge separately after your order — nothing is added at checkout, and we will always tell you before we ship.
