# REON GOLF

> REON GOLF is an online store based in Nagoya, Japan, selling used and new Japanese golf clubs to customers outside Japan. Shipping is free by FedEx. Import duties and taxes are shown and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

## What we sell
- Used and new golf clubs from Japan: iron sets, single irons, wedges, putters, fairway woods, hybrids and adjustable drivers.
- Major brands (Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Scotty Cameron) and Japanese brands (Mizuno, Srixon, Honma, XXIO, PRGR, Bridgestone, Yamaha and more).
- Each used item (a single club or a set) has its own photos, grade and condition notes. What you see is the exact item you receive.

## Condition grades
New, Like new, Light wear, Visible wear, Heavy wear. The grade is our summary; photos and notes are the reference. If an item differs from its listing, we refund in full.

## Shipping
- Ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
- Free shipping by FedEx. A signature is required on delivery.
- Dispatch: usually within 1 to 6 business days (up to 10 for items at remote locations in Japan).
- Typical delivery after dispatch (median of our past FedEx deliveries): United States 2 days, Canada 3, Australia 6, Hong Kong 2, Singapore 3, Taiwan 3, South Korea 2, Thailand 3, Malaysia 3, Philippines 4.
- Import duties and taxes are collected at checkout and paid by us to customs.
- Remote area surcharge: FedEx charges extra for a small number of postcodes in Australia, Canada, the Philippines and South Korea. If your address is one of them, we invoice the surcharge separately after your order; nothing is added at checkout.

## Returns
- Change of mind: within 7 days of delivery. The item must come back unused and complete; if it shows signs of use, we may not be able to refund the full amount. The customer arranges and pays for return shipping. Outbound shipping, duties and customs fees are not refunded.
- Item not as described or damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will handle the return and refund, with free return shipping.
